Admissions and Enrollment
Begin Today
We’d love to see you in attendance during our next round of course offerings, and invite you to start the registration process. We recommend you sign up for a tour of our Beauty School first, so you can get a better idea of our facilities and community feel before you make a commitment. Terms and Conditions
1. ENROLMENT
We recommend that you find out as much as possible about a course before enrolling. This may be achieved by communicating with our Enrolments Team (by telephone, letter, or email) or by having an informal ‘interview’. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have received satisfactory information, as courses and fees are non- transferable.
2. DEPOSITS
We regret that once paid, deposits for the courses cannot be refunded under any circumstances except in the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by the school. If you have to cancel your enrolment for any reason within 30 days prior to the commencement date, you will also lose any other payments made. If you have to leave your course for any reason, you will not be entitled to a full or part refund of fees paid, nor will you be entitled to an alternative course.
The Deposit will be credited against Books, Uniforms, Kits and C.I.B.T.A.C Registration and Examination Fees, if there is any remaining it will be credited against course fees. This helps us and you, so there are no hidden costs or extras throughout the year, which can be the case in most colleges.
3. COURSE FEES
All fees are paid in full or divided by terms. Fees must be paid in advance of each term, otherwise the student cannot enter the class.
4. CAUTIONING
Any student not behaving appropriately towards members of staff, clients or other students will be given 2 verbal warnings then a written warning. If the situation then continues, the student will be asked to leave, with no refund of fees.
5. DRESS CODE
All students must adhere to the dress code whilst on school premises. Individual religious requirements must be discussed and agreed before application. Uniforms must not be worn on the street. Additional uniforms may be purchased if required. Students will need to provide their own salon shoes where appropriate. Shoes must be plain, with a low heel and an enclosed toe. Sandals / trainers / sneakers / canvas shoes / plimsolls / coloured logos or branding are not allowed. All jewellery (including facial) with the exception of plain wedding bands and small stud earrings must be removed. We recommend that all valuables are left at home to avoid loss. Mobile phones are not allowed in the classrooms or the student salon.
6. STUDY VISAS
Students from certain countries will require a study visa covering the duration of their course. You may need proof of enrolment/payment for your course. We can only write a letter once you’ve paid a minimum of 50% of your course fees. Please note: No refunds are given in the event of declined visas or cancelled / delayed / missed travel arrangements.
7. TIMETABLES
Timetables can change due to student numbers and accommodating client sessions.
